Agro-industries are among the first large agricultural-industrial units in which they combine agricultural, industrial and service operations with all stages of production, maintenance, processing, marketing, distribution and sales of large-scale products in accordance with market mechanisms. The organizational and management framework of the unit is realized. Unit size, formal and specialized organization and management, high level of information and technology and development, linking agriculture and industry are major features of agro-industry units.
Introducing private agribusiness companies
The development of large agricultural units called agro-industry attracted Iranian and foreign funding for the Fourth Plan (1 to 2), prior to the Islamic Revolution, and in this regard, in 2007, the Law on the Establishment of Land Companies Under the dams, with the approval of the Ministry of Energy, the time was passed by the Majlis and at the same time the Dez Dam Dam lands were implemented in Dezful. Along with the goals of efficiency, including increasing the productivity of production factors and resources (water, soil, etc.), economizing production by creating components of the appropriate techno-economic size, developing and strengthening sustainable harvesting systems and the use of modern farming methods.
