Administrative Management Tasks:

1. Review and plan to anticipate and supply the required human resources in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

2. Proper enforcement of administrative, employment, welfare and disciplinary rules and regulations of the Company’s employees, retirees, employees and disabled persons.

3. Implementation of business classification schemes and issuance of sentences resulting from the implementation of the plan, both employee and employee, within the applicable laws and regulations.

4. Review and propose reforms needed to manage planning and budgeting for current and job classification schemes.

5. Maintain company records and employee recruitment records.

6. Maintaining and updating staff statistics and personnel data.

7. Take necessary steps in all matters relating to the welfare of the Company’s employees within the framework of its Accreditation and Regulations.

8. Conduct attendance and attendance planning activities in collaboration with relevant units and care units in the proper implementation of disciplinary rules, rules and regulations and employment regulations.

9. Perform matters related to the receipt, registration, separation and distribution of all correspondence and archives of the Company.

10. Performing editorial, printing and reproduction activities.

11. Perform other duties ordered by the superior.
